Earlier this week, Conn Jackson, pictured above with Theory Bulkhead GM Kelly Miller, came into the showroom for his fitting for the 8th Annual Doggies on the Catwalk. If you know Conn, then you won;t be surprised that we had a blast! He wore two hats that day, one of a model and the other as the host and producer of his on TV show Get Connected with Conn Jackson; CONN TV. Lucky for us, my last fitting of the day was the one and only Monica Pearson and the super clever Conn Jackson jumped on the opportunity for a quick promo video for Doggies on the Catwalk. I love it!!! Conn will be producing a segment about the show but sooner than that, you can see him strut a pup on the 'Catwalk' Saturday night at Buckhead Atlanta. *Secure your tickets because this event is almost sold out.

Spending the day styling some of the most philanthropic people in Atlanta at the most exclusive retail district in the city made for a fabulous day. Sure, it was work, but when you love what you do... A few bright, summery looks from Bonobos, glamour out of Alice + Olivia and polished looks from Theory. Perfection. Almost every retailer at Buckhead Atlanta has had some form of Grand Opening celebration in the past year but last night Theory shut it down! The atmosphere at Theory was casual, chic and festive. Guests were sipping, shopping and smiling. And while the brand embraces a minimalist aesthetic, their values in respect to design and customer service is abundantly strong.
Theory took their Grand Opening festivities to new heights by doing something that no other retailer has even come close to doing - understanding, respecting, acknowledging and celebrating the power of the blogger. Thank you Theory - YOU get it!
Last night, after their Grand Opening, Theory hosted an amazing, family-style dinner at The Southern Gentleman for Atlanta's top fashion bloggers. The menu consisted of Little Gem Salad, Pimento Cheese Puffs, Flounder, Roasted Whole Chicken and Lemon Cornmeal Cake. Very delicious! The only thing more spectacular than the impressive spread was the company. Theory Buckhead GM, Kelly Miller delivered a warm welcome to the group, thanking everyone for all they do.
The evening was absolutely perfect. Thank you Theory & The Southern Gentleman.
