Elton John's Atlanta Condo Sold

Elton John's Atlanta condo has been sold for $7,225,000, a significantly higher price than the initial asking price. Condos owned by celebrities often generate considerable interest among buyers due to their unique features and the appeal of living in a property associated with a well-known figure like Elton John. Chase Mizell of Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty held the listing.

Elton John's condo had some impressive features, including a gallery hall that could serve as an office or art studio, as well as a spacious living room with plenty of seating to accommodate a large group.

Elton John's 2004 album, "Peachtree Road," was inspired by his Atlanta condo. His connection to Atlanta and his fondness for the city, despite being originally from England, is evident through his long-standing residency there. The condo also served as his home base during his tours, but with his farewell tour completed, it seems he's spending more time at his various other properties, including the one in France, which is known for hosting famous guests like Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.

Elton John's diverse real estate holdings across different countries, including France, Los Angeles, England, and Italy, highlight his global lifestyle and his appreciation for various places around the world. His attachment to Atlanta and his love for the city are evident from his quotes about the city's welcoming atmosphere. “The only people I knew were real people, who had normal jobs,” he said. “The city adopted me and I adopted it,” Sir Elton John.
