The Grammys is the one award show that delivers a little bit of wild to the red carpet. This year, it brought more glam than anything else. There were more hits than misses (and that's not a bad thing!) Adele ruled the red carpet with her new razor-cut hair, her new-found confidence and in a chic, black sparkly Givenchy. Lady Gaga channeled a couture-like Bowie in Marc Jacobs. Stunning. This is the Gaga that we all love. And then there was Ciara, who reminded us (once again) that she has a bangin' bod and no taste. The 2015 Golden Globes red carpet sparkled and shimmered with a never ending fashion wave of glamour and couture. There were very few misses and even then, they weren't disastrous. By the same token, there were really no show-stopping red carpet moments. Except for Jennifer Lopez who wore a super-fashion hero cape. Julianne Moore, who is one of my regular faves, did not disappoint in a shimmery, feathered Givenchy and "it" girl Felicity Jones in Dior Couture. I also loved Lorde in a two-piece Narciso Rodriguez. She seemed happy and comfortable with herself, even sporting red lipstick - a welcomed and chic departure from the gothy dark! 

Some of the ladies who missed the mark were, but not limited to, Lena Dunham, Claire Danes and Kerry Washington. But the most offensive had to be Keira Knightly. She looked like a sister-wife on a FDLS cult date night. Uncle Karl what were you thinking?

The men, well most of them, brought it. Sharp, classic, dapper and debonair in their fitted black tie. However, Kevin Hart's blazer with piping was so 2009, stop it! But the worst one of all, though not surprising, was Alan Cumming. The color, fit and shoes were just plain ugly and he buttoned both buttons of his blazer - a huge no no!

Halle Berry redeemed herself in my eyes from the last Versace disaster she sported in the Golden Globes. This dress is amazing. The only thing I wish she'd do different is the hair. I would like to see something chic and structured. Not so wild.

in a black and white, high-collared Prabal Gurung gown. Her punk mullet, reminiscent of Bowie's Ziggy Stardust, offered the perfect edgy hairstyle. January Jones took a risk and won!

WORST

Something is not right here. There is something off about Naya Rivera in this gown. Maybe its too much dress for her? Or maybe it's the color? The hairstyling is wrong, too flat and she needs make-up.

Uh! This is so bad I didn't bother finding who was the designer of the dress. My guess, Lea Michele found it in the prom and bridesmaid section of a Goodwill store.

Claire Danes in this beautiful Givenchy dress was similar to her acceptance speech, which was scattered, messy, unprepared and all over the place. She's got the height and beauty to pull off big time fashion but obviously has little interest in doing so.
