JUUN.J FW26 Redefines the Tuxedo With Volume, Leather, and Racing-Grade Attitude

For Fall/Winter 2026, JUUN.J continues his relentless deconstruction of modern tailoring, presenting a collection that pushes formalwear into new, confrontational territory. Equal parts sculptural and subversive, the FW26 lineup fused dramatic volume with a deliberately offbeat approach to what “formal” looks like now.

At the center of the collection was a radical rethinking of the tuxedo. Classic ruffles—long associated with softness and ceremony—were reconstructed in structured leather, transforming ornamental eveningwear details into sharp, architectural statements. Elsewhere, the designer disrupted traditional dress codes by pairing broad-shouldered denim tuxedo blazers with relaxed denim jeans, offering a rebellious alternative to the conventional suit that felt both irreverent and controlled.

The silhouettes were unmistakably JUUN.J: aggressive, oversized, and meticulously engineered. Exaggerated proportions dominated the upper body, with broad-shouldered bombers and oversized leather jackets balanced by the brand’s signature balloon trousers and wide-leg pants. The effect was powerful and protective, a recurring theme throughout the collection.

Styling sharpened the tension. A procession of ties grounded the more formal looks, reinforcing structure and restraint, while tuxedo shirt collars worn open and tie-less injected a sense of deliberate dishevelment. The contrast played into JUUN.J’s ongoing dialogue between polish and rebellion—control and collapse.

The show’s final act delivered a jolt of adrenaline with a standout collaboration with Alpinestars RSRV. Trading the ballroom for the racetrack, JUUN.J unveiled massive motocross-inspired silhouettes rendered entirely in leather. Exaggerated padding, reinforced seams, and protective structural lines merged the technical language of racing gear with the designer’s oversized aesthetic, resulting in looks that felt both futuristic and armor-like.

Whether reworking a tuxedo or reengineering a racing suit, JUUN.J FW26 reaffirmed the brand’s core obsession: bold silhouettes, protective design, and a refusal to conform to traditional categories of dress. It was a high-impact close to a collection that once again positioned JUUN.J at the forefront of progressive menswear.
