I recently got hooked on Orange Is The New Black. And when I say hooked, I mean obsessed. I watched seasons one and two in just seven days!! Wow, when I say it that way I wonder how I got anything else done. (I didn't!)
You just can't help but to get invested in the characters and feel for them. In some cases, one can even relate. Again, in some cases only. I can't relate to knocking up a prison inmate - or anyone for that matter. But corrections officer
John Bennett can. Well, at least on the show. Matt McGorry stars as John Bennett. His character is a little green behind the ears. He's kind, compassionate, mild-mannered and totally adorable. He's everything against the stereotype which proves to be a problem. If you haven't watched Orange Is The New Black, I strongly urge you to check it out!! NO spoilers here.
I stumbled upon this very cool interview with Matt McGorry by GQ Magazine editor Mark Anthony Green. It's great. Unconventional. They are both getting shaves at a barbershop and they discuss all sorts of "stuff." It's good. Watch it.
