Veejay Floresca’s Fall/Winter 2026 Collection Presentation at NYFW Redefines Modern Glamour
/At New York Fashion Week (NYFW), Veejay Floresca unveiled her Fall/Winter 2026 Collection Presentation inside the refined setting of The Ritz-Carlton New York, NoMad, transforming the luxury landmark into a stage for sculptural power and unapologetic inclusivity.
Inspired by the gestural intensity of Willem de Kooning, Floresca translated bold brushstrokes and layered textures into tactile luxury. Heavy knits, dimensional fabrics, and sculptural finishes echoed the energy of abstract expressionism — transforming painterly movement into wearable art.
Oversized, fluid silhouettes balanced spontaneity with control. The pieces felt commanding yet effortless — rooted in eveningwear and special-occasion dressing but stripped of rigidity. Saturated color, architectural draping, and textured depth delivered a collection that was both striking and intimately wearable.
At its core, the Fall/Winter 2026 Collection Presentation is about identity and evolution.
Floresca, who made history as the first Filipino transgender woman to win Project Runway, described the season as a defining chapter:
“This collection celebrates my identity as a designer and defines the future of my brand — an elevated fashion house dedicated to eveningwear and special-occasion pieces that honor diversity and champion fashion inclusivity.”
With support from the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), her NYFW presentation marked more than a runway milestone — it underscored a shift in the fashion power structure toward representation, inclusivity, and fearless artistry.
Designed to celebrate beauty across all ages and sizes, Floresca’s Fall/Winter 2026 offering positions her brand firmly within the modern luxury conversation: sculptural, sensual, and defiantly inclusive.
At NYFW, this wasn’t just eveningwear. It was a declaration of presence.
