The Cannes Fashion Festival announced that it has secured a trio of luminary names to sign a limited edition range of charity t-shirts. Legendary footballer, Lionel Messi, prodigious DJ and producer, Steve Aoki and world renowned sculptor artist, Lorenzo Quinn are among the first A-list celebrities to lend their signatures to the Festival’s anti-Ebola campaign.

A handful of the limited edition t-shirts have been sent to key personalities hailing from sport, music, art and film backgrounds. Cue contributions from Messi, Aoki and Quinn! The trio have generously autographed their t-shirts which will be mounted and framed. The unique pieces will then be auctioned live during one of the VIP Cannes Fashion Festival galas.

Inspired by vibrant colours, CUSTO Barcelona creator, Custo Dalmau designed the on-trend unisex t-shirt that captures the 'joie de vivreof the famous French event.

Cannes Fashion Festival extends a huge ‘thank you’ to the generous celebrities and commends them for their commitment to combating Ebola.

While the fight against Ebola is a key charity cause, the Cannes Fashion Festival is also involved with a number of other not-for-profit organizations. A Present Back Society is one of its chosen groups, with the principal purpose of fighting poverty and malnutrition of the elderly and children principally in the developed world. The society will be holding a handful of charity events throughout the Cannes Fashion Festival in a bid to raise awareness for its cause.

Cannes turns up the glamour even higher this May with the Cannes Fashion Festival

It's difficult to imagine that things could get even more glamorous at Cannes in May during the annual Cannes Film Festival, but it's true. It's happening. The Cannes Fashion Festival, May 20-22 will run alongside the famous film festival and attract an international audience of trendsetters, jet-setters and fashion lovers.

There's already an abundance of fabulous fashion at the Cannes Film Festival - peruse through my photo gallery. Every A-list celeb at Cannes treats the world to a fashion show by wearing the leading labels on and off the red carpet. So really, it only makes sense that a festival dedicated to fashion would occur.

While the Cannes Fashion Festival is completely separate from the film festival, it will be happening at the same time. It's brilliant. The energy and enthusiasm is already established and empowered with the most famous names in the industry. Cannes Fashion Festival will be hosted at the luxurious Hotel Majestic Barrière, which happens to be at the heart of the action, and will feature a series of fashion runway shows from menswear to womenswear to accessories and swim. The Cannes Fashion Festival is truly "celebrating" fashion on an international platform and will be streaming live for everyone to experience the stylish three-day festivities.

I am beyond excited and honored to have been accredited as an Official Blogger of the Cannes Fashion Festival being selected from over 500 bloggers.

May is going to be EPIC.

Sonam Kapoor in Dolce & Gabbana - Cannes

Do we love this or should we run from it? I'm just not sure. Maybe the Cuban in me is channeling some nostalgic inner- Quinceañera memories or perhaps its my label-whoring obsession that makes me like the dress? On the other hand, even as pretty as Sonam Kapoor (daughter of Anil Kapoor - Slumdog Millionaire) looks on the Cannes red carpet, I would never style anyone in a princess-like dress. Sorry Dolce & Gabbana! Love you, mean it.

After missing the red carpet mark a few times recently, Nicole Kidman made a strong comeback in a beautiful and glamorous Dior gown. She was attending The Great Gatsby premiere at the 66th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

An edgy, modern hairstyle was the perfect complement to the classic floral silhouette. This is some serious star power at play.
