New York Men's Day | NYMD Celebrates its 20th Season

Agentry PR is marking the 20th season of NYMD's bi-annual menswear collective, sponsored by Hilldun Corporation. The event is scheduled for Friday, September 8th, with two sessions: 10:30am to 12:00pm ET and 4:30pm to 6:00pm ET. The location is set at Location05 and Daylight Studios near Hudson Yards, occupying two floors and six studios.

This season, New York Men’s Day | NYMD received an overwhelming response from over 65 brands and designers applying to participate. The event will introduce five new emerging brands alongside five returning designers. The New York Men’s Day committee for this season includes industry figures like Memsor Kamarake, Aria Hughes, Joseph Errico, and Jian DeLeon.

Hilldun Corporation, the presenting sponsor, expressed excitement over the 20th season milestone and their commitment to supporting emerging designers in the menswear fashion space. Gary Wassner, CEO of Hilldun Corporation, emphasized the significance of investing in this sector and offering a platform for creative expression.

NYMD's primary aim is to foster emerging talent and provide a consolidated platform for top menswear and genderless designers. The event will feature 10 designers, each presenting in their individual studio space that highlights their brand's identity and inspiration. The presentations will take place simultaneously over two-hour periods, with two brands showcasing for the entire day, five designers in the morning session, and five in the late afternoon. This format streamlines the experience for media, buyers, influencers, and VIPs, enabling them to seamlessly move through studios and engage with designers as their schedules allow.
