Moncler Poldo Dog Couture is a project entirely dedicated to man’s best friend, for which the brand has designed – in collaboration with Poldo Dog Couture – a mini collection for our four-legged friends, to ensure that they can face harsh winters in perfect warmth and total comfort. And let’s not forget - style!

Point of reference for this collection, the classic down jackets, that have now also been extended to include other colors and to be able to dress all of ‘our best friends’.

The clothing features the brand’s most iconic material of all, the nylon laqué and the range of colors has been enriched to introduce new hues, ranging from light blue to baby pink and fuchsia. The waistcoats have been interpreted in two variations: the reversible version comes with a hood and is available in two-tone red and blue, whilst the waistcoat with a practical detachable hood is made in the French flag tricolor. The French flag tricolor in fact also appears in the tape used for the collar and the matching leash. For less chilly days, there is a hoodie presented in bright blue or red colors and animated by contrasting trimmings and by Moncler’s writings.

About the Doggies on the Catwalk photo!

We shot this at "the farm" - Canine Assistants in Milton, Ga. It was a chilly 45 degrees, but our super model Rachel Zehner didn't even shiver! Brandi Mallory did the make-up and kept Rachel looking fresh all morning long. Grace Murphy, Theo Tyson and Lindsay Klein kept "things" moving. The gorgeous dress and shoes are from Alice + Olivia. They are from their Spring/Summer collection and will be available in stores soon. I partnered once again with the talented Tomas Espinoza for the photography. He, Grace and I walked the acres of property to scope out the perfect location. Oh and what about our doggie model?! A natural, wouldn't you say!

Photos & Recap: The 8th Annual Reindog Parade at the Atlanta Botanical Garden

Two hundred doggies took the opportunity to visit the Atlanta Botanical Garden for the one time, every year, our tail-wagging' friends are allowed admission onto the grounds. This could only mean one thing - the Reindog Parade! For the third year in a row, I was thrilled and overjoyed to be one of the judges of this puppy-lovin event. There are five categories: Best Adult -Dogs older than 18 months; Best Puppy -Dogs under 18 months; Best Botanical - Dress up in a plant themed costume, such as a flower, Christmas tree, poinsettia, and mistletoe; Best Dog Pack - Two or more dogs walking across the stage together; Best Dog-Owner Dress-a-Like - Dog and owner dressed similarly. And then there's a category for those pups that don't want to compete but just show off their striking good looks and charming personality. They take to the stage as well and pose for the audience and judges.

Victoria Stilwell of It's Me Or The Dog on Animal Planet co-emceed with CNN's Holly Firfer, who can moonlight as a comedienne because she's so funny. The judges: Rodney Ho, Blogger and Columnist, AJC, Kimberly Lacy, Co-Host of HGTV’s Curb Appeal (The Block) and Lifestyle Expert, John Lemley, Host of City Café on 1690/WMLB-AM, yours truly, E. Vincent Martinez and Angie Woods of Atlanta Dog Whisperer, U.S. Canine are each given one category to judge and choose 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. This is no easy task - In my opinion, they are all winners. After each category has been chosen, the judges deliberate and choose a "Best in Show." This year's winner went to a sweet doggie who searched (and found) a missing boy! For real... this dog had no search training... appropriately, her mom dressed her as an angel, wings and halo included! I was given the Best Dog -Owner Dress-a-Like category to judge and I must say that the contenders really went full force, making it difficult to choose, but I did. [My] winner went to a black German Shepherd named Maho and her Nightmare Before Christmas parents. Very well done guys!

Happy Holidays to all!

Coach, Inc., a leading New York design house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle collections, goes to the dogs as it reveals its newest advertising campaign. Titled “COACH PUPS,” the new campaign features canine stars in a series of portraits photographed by Steven Meisel. It launches this month with Miss Asia Kinney, the adorable four-legged companion of Lady Gaga.

The campaign celebrates the dogs in our lives and captures the pups’ unique personalities as they “model” Coach’s Fall 2015 star bags. Additional PUPS staring in the campaign will be revealed shortly.  Miss Asia Kinney, Lady Gaga’s now famous French Bulldog has amassed a substantial social media following in only a few short weeks. The Coach bags she elegantly models in the campaign are the Edie and the Rucksack. Lady Gaga commented: “I am so proud of Miss Asia! She's a natural in front of the camera, and we're both so excited that the iconic Steven Meisel shot her for Coach's pup campaign! I really love getting to watch my best friend be a star.”

Stuart Vevers, Creative Director at Coach comments, “'I’ve never had so much fun on a shoot. The combination of Mr. Meisel and the pups was an extraordinary, surreal, special moment. We wanted to create playful images that make you smile. We were inspired by some images from the Coach archive, which featured Eddie—the dog that starred in the TV series Frasier—to create something joyful, with humor and character. That’s a spirit that’s uniquely at the heart of Coach."

This new initiative will also introduce the social campaign #coachpups, including a range of online activities for fellow dog fanciers, opportunities for Instameets, special talks and other events hosted by the great and the good of the canine world. This will also mark the debut of the Coach Snapchat account.

Coach has made a donation to Chicago French Bulldog Rescue ( on behalf of Miss Asia Kinney and her devoted owner.
