Of course Barbie is a supermodel! Wasn't she the first? Moschino brought out 55 human Barbies who all sported the signature long locks of hair and bubble gum pink, lots and lots of pink clothing. Jeremy Scott outdid himself with this one, especially with the closing gowns. They were as fantastic as they were ridiculous. View Collection:

I'm happy, as in HAPPY, to announce that fashionado is going through some growing pains. And with growth comes changes or as I like to call it, evolvement. Some of the changes you may not even notice while others may impress you - and hopefully engage you too!

DSQUARED2 Spring 2015

It's a new Dsquared2 for Spring 2015. The Caten twins, Dean and Dan are revealing a more sophisticated approach. I like it. The sex is still there but it has been refined and polished in silk raffia and beadwork. I especially appreciated the juxtaposition of pairing "casual" crop tops with full skirts and denim jackets or jeans with perfectly tailored blazers. The bold, colorful prints and patterns Dsquared featured throughout the collection was inspired by the work of contemporary artist Sonia Delaunay. [One of my faves!]

Finding Dad: "Mira... tu Papa" is a film two years in the making.

I first got the idea when I turned 46 and it hit me that my father, who I hadn't seen or been in contact with since 1970 was nearing 80 years old.

Last April my wish became a reality. I traveled back to Havana, Cuba, along with my mother, to reunite with my father. My longtime friends (and fashionadoTV partners) Gil and Dania joined us. And the adventure began. It was their first time back to Cuba as well.

Join us on October 17th, 2014 at the Georgia Pacific Center for the premiere of Finding Dad: "Mira... tu Papa."

Betsey Johnson Spring 2015

Love was in the air at Betsey Johnson for Spring 2015. Drag Queens and 'Real Housewives' sashayed down the runway in what had to be the zaniest show of the season. Every look was super-glam and very camp for the marriage equality themed collection. And you can't miss the "Prenup" rhinestone necklaces that many of the models wore ... they were fabulous!
