OFF-WHITE + MR PORTER TEAM UP FOR "MODERN OFFICE" CAPSULE COLLECTION

Fresh from dropping its latest Nike Air Max 90 collaboration, Off-White™ has partnered with MR PORTER for an exclusive new collection. Titled “Modern Office,” the 44-piece collection is inspired by a new generation of workers, with influence coming from both traditional and modern sportswear.

The collection features ready-to-wear pieces, accessories and footwear with textures including wool, felt, cotton and heavy canvas. Graphics in the collection include a “Modern Office” logo and a “Class of 2013” graphic. Elsewhere, the collection will also include new low-top 3.0 leather sneakers, heavy canvas jackets and a logo-print camp-collar shirt. Take a look at the first preview of the collection in the gallery above. The full exclusive release will be priced between $60 USD and $1,440 USD, and is set to drop on January 21.

Exclusivity has a new name: Made In New York.

Barneys, the Council of Fashion Designers of America, CFDA, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation have partnered to bring us a collection designed by top New York designers, manufactured in the U.S.A. and sold only at Barneys.

Thom Browne, The Row, R13, Narciso Rodriguez, Altuzarra, Proenza Schouler and Rag & Bone are the featured designers with looks and accessories for men and women. Full collection in the slideshow above - many must-have looks. I'm swooning over the white/black trimmed Thom Browne coat and the Rag & Bone red fedora! And for the ladies on the hunt for a sexy and chic LBD, Barneys has you covered.

"We are a New York based company and the rich history of this city is deeply ingrained in our DNA. We feel a certain sense of pride in highlighting an industry that is still very much alive in New York," Barneys chief operating officer Daniella Vitale said. 10% of the proceeds from the Made In New York collection will benefit the Fashion Manufacturing Initiative.

The Made In New York limited-edition collection is available now Barneys.com and will be in display during New York Fashion Week September 10-17th at the Barneys storefront windows.
