Adele covers Vogue for March 2016

Adele "25" has been playing in my car since the first week of January. And when I'm not in the car, I find myself humming the album, so Vogue's March cover makes me quite happy.

Adele is a stunning woman on every level. I love her powerhouse pipes, the lyrics to her songs and her modesty and humility. Adele is featured on the March Cover of Vogue and her interview with Hamish Bowles for Vogue will make you fall in love with Adele even more. She opens up and speaks candidly about everything from fame to family. Adele talks about [her] weight and image, the red carpet, wining Grammys and to my pleasant surprise, reveals one of her favorite albums.

Annie Leibovitz photographed Adele for the Vogue cover and for the gorgeous images inside. There's a Springtime romanticism with a touch of Renaissance about the photos that are sooooo Adele. The "fabulous frocks" on Adele's back are Gucci, Burberry, Giambattista Valli, Erdem, Ferragamo and one of the most dramatic pics in McQueen.

Tadashi Shoji Fall 2016

It was an edgier, sexier season for Tadashi Shoji. Tadashi embraced tribal motifs and tattoos, wet hair and smoldering eyes. Designers often revamp their aesthetic to stay relevant and attract younger clients. Well-played Tadashi. There are some rock-star looks in this collection. Tadashi tastefully gave us skin, revealed though sheer fabrics, and also gave us leg via show-stopping thigh-high slits. There were short body-con dresses and beautiful flowy long ones in chiffon with just the right amount of sequin and pattern.

Tadashi Shoji's stunning Fall 2016 RTW was shown at the Arc at Skylight Moynihan Station and featured jewelry created in collaboration with Sequin, a NYC-based design studio. Sequin designed the choker and arm chains shown throughout the collection. Yet another way Tadashi kept "it" fresh this season.

3RD & HUDSON's The Harmon Bag for Stylish Moms

best ever diaper bag harmon 3rd and hudson

Up until this point, the diaper bag market has been pretty limited. It has offered either affordable options with bright whimsical prints or pricey high end designer diaper bags. These two extremes have made it very difficult to find the perfect bag suitable for fashionable moms who are looking for both style and function.

Sasha Fridy with both Harmon Bags

Well look no more ladies because the stylish Harmon Bag is here! 3RD & HUDSON designer (and stylish mommy) Sasha Fridy found herself in the above predicament after giving birth to her son... So like any good designer, when you can't find what you need, [you] design it, create it and produce it yourself. Hence, the Harmon Bag.

The Harmon Bag is for the modern mom who craves the versatility needed to keep up with her busy lifestyle.

This bag provides the functionality for baby's needs and  doesn't scream diaper bag.

It is sure to keep you stylishly organized and will complement any outfit from day to night. No need to change bags to fit your multifaceted day. Wear it for running errands, fun at the park with baby, to the office or for a much needed night out!

Saint Laurent Fall 2016 Menswear Womenswear

Step aside NYFW, Saint Laurent is showing in Los Angeles. Hedi Slimane presented his men and womenswear collection at the famed Palladium in LA. 70s & 80s glam-rock, disco, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, a little Courtney Love, vampires, AHS Hotel, coke and herion is what I get from this show. Slime gave us beautiful furs - for him too- rich velvets, glitzy lames, lots of pattern and rock & roll styling and of course, Saint Laurent's signature tux. Hamish Bowles recapped the collection and the celebrity scene best, here.

Robert Geller Fall 2016 Menswear

[I see] an 80's vibe in Robert Geller's Fall 2016 menswear collection - think 80's dressy with the silhouette of [some] of the trousers and in the cut of the short waisted jackets. BUT this is not what this collection is about. Robert Geller was inspired by a book from his childhood, The Grey Gentlemen, that featured mysterious men in gray suits and Geller used this as a point of departure for creativity this season. I know I always look mysterious when I cock my derby hat and sport leather half gloves. And speaking of accessories, the studded briefcases are a must-have! Interestingly enough, there really weren't many suits in the collection. Geller used book's story as in influence and not so referential. Geller gave us his interpretation through modern, fashion-forward looks. The coats are incredible, the fit, the style... Also, and to my surprise, the drawstring jumpsuit in the collection is pretty badass. I'm not a fan of jumpsuits, but this one is styled to perfection. The looks change a bit towards the end of the show as Geller's "character" evolves and embraces rich earth tones, velvets and satins.
