GRAIN & UberEATS Partner to Deliver Cocktail Kits to Your Door

’Tis the season of giving, holiday cocktails and last minute deals! 

GRAIN, a neighborhood drink shop and eatery, has partnered with UberEATS Atlanta as part of its "12 Days of Holiday Treats” promotion. For the 9th and 10th Days of Christmas, this Thursday and Friday, GRAIN will be the first bar to ever sell cocktail kits through UberEATS. Inspired by The Nutcracker, each cocktail kit is available for $7 and is named after the gifts the children receive before opening the nutcracker at the beginning of the ballet. The Harlequin & Columbine Cocktail Kit will be available for delivery on Thursday and the Vivandiere & Soldier Cocktail Kit will be available for delivery on Friday. Each kit also includes a reusable mason jar and coupon for a complimentary meat board to be enjoyed at GRAIN. The kits are exclusive to UberEATS and the only place cocktail lovers can get them.

David Guetta aims for 1 million fans to record with him on the Official Song of UEFA EURO 2016

Global DJ and music producer David Guetta has today called for 1 million fans to record with him and be part of the Official Song of UEFA EURO 2016. UEFA’s EURO 2016 music ambassador will create the soundtrack for the tournament next summer and he wants as many fans as possible to take part.

“I’m so excited to be working with UEFA on this project in my home country. UEFA EURO 2016 is all about the fans and I want to put them at the heart of everything, especially the music. So I’m trying something very special and asking fans around the world to celebrate this festival of football by being part of the Official Song,” said David Guetta.

The Frenchman, who will write and produce the song, will be the figurehead for UEFA’s global music campaign that will also include live performances at the Stade de France at the opening and closing ceremonies, a free fan concert in central Paris at the Champ de Mars underneath the Eiffel Tower and an interactive experience as part of the UEFA EURO 2016 Trophy Tour.

David will take the fans recordings and mix them into his UEFA EURO 2016 anthem ‘This One’s For You’ which will be released in spring 2016. All fans who record, will receive a unique piece of personalized artwork and be entered into a draw to win tickets to the opening game of the UEFA EURO 2016 Championships at the Stade de France and the opportunity to meet David himself. Not only that, the winner will also be a VIP guest at his free concert on the eve of the tournament at the Champ de Mars, under the Eiffel Tower.

"December already?!  Suddenly it's the busiest time of the year and you are out of time but still want a home that feels festive and special for the holidays.  These are a few of my favorite last-minute design fixes to bring warm and welcoming holiday style to your home this season." Libby

Libby Langdon, designer, author and television personality known for her stylish and inviting design expertise shares last-minute holiday decor secrets from her clients'  and own home. 

The Holiday's are so busy and jam packed with things to do, so when it comes to flowers I like to keep it easy and elegant. 

Rather than trying to maintain real flowers throughout the season, display red silk Amaryllis (I got mine from Ikea!) in tall glass cylinders. Use miniature pinecones or moss at the base to camouflage the stalks. Wrap each vase with all sorts of ribbon combinations... from burlap to grosgrain!

An inexpensive, simple and stylish accent that creates height on consoles, buffet tables and wherever you need a cheerful, chic kick of color!

For the fastest, most fabulous holiday decor, simply fill your favorite vessels with ornaments!  Even bargain drugstore ornaments look special and sparkly when displayed together.  For extra impact, use several like material containers in one area featuring ornaments in a single color theme.  Multiple clear glass hurricanes and vases shining with all white ornaments or several shiny bowls brimming with various shades and sizes of green Christmas balls look elegant and modern...in minutes!  

A fun and fast holiday design fix are seasonal throw pillows.  There are so many fun styles and patterns that will work with each color scheme in your home, which gives you the chance to change up your regular day-to-day pillows with a cheerful message you wouldn't use throughout the rest of the year!  Stock up at the end of the season when they are on sale! 

Snake faux or real garland greenery down the center of your table for an instant, unexpected runner!  There are so many affordable options that already have berries and pinecones attached...no assembly required!  Or use greenery trimmed from your Christmas tree or yard and add in shiny ornaments, pinecones, candleholders, holly berries and ribbon and you've created a stunning tablescape design that you can leave out in between meals for everyday style throughout the season!

Spray paint is Christmas in a can!  For less than five dollars you can bring holiday shine to items you collect in your yard!  Give leaves and pinecones a coat of metallic color and incorporate them into your tabletop, railing and mantlepiece decor and floral displays. For a gorgeous garland embellishment, alternate sprayed and natural magnolia leaves in a rosette, add ribbon to the center and attach at the back with florist wire and attach to garlands.  Spray magnolia leaves or larger shrub leaves gold and tuck around varied height votives and hurricanes along with gold spray painted pinecones and arrange on a mantle, console or buffet table.  Attach a gold spray painted leaf to a name tag with ribbon for a holiday dinner place card.  Let your imagination run wild -- silver and gold make your season stylish and bright!

Mister Triple X Takes on Art Basel Week Miami

Art Basel week has come to an end, but the excitement and energy that was brought to Miami Beach during the week lives on. Fashion brand Mister Triple X kicked off the week with a sexy showing at the opening night Gala of Spectrum Miami. Mister Triple X was the finale designer for bi-coastal art and fashion platform Art Hearts Fashion. The fashion show produced by Erik Rosete featured designers House of LiJon, Diana Couture, and Mister Triple X. The event presented by Planet Fashion TV and LaCroix sparkling water proved to be a wonderful kick off to Art Basel Week Miami.

The night featured an incredible partnership with Spectrum Art Fair which was home to 150 international art galleries. During the night models delighted the crowd in designer fashions from renowned international designers. The finale designer was none other than Mister Triple X, the sexy streetwear brand by Erik Rosete. The brand's unique and sexy aesthetic is always a crowd pleaser and was a wonderful way to close out the night.  

Despite record rainfall and a steamy warm Miami night, over 1000 guests came out to the gala and to support the Glory House charity in the fight against human trafficking. LaCroix Sparkling water was the welcome refreshment of choice by all the chic attendees.
